shipping + returns

 

All domestic shipping is $7 + is sent via Go Sweet Spot. Rural delivery within NZ is $12.

Gathered also offers free local pickup. 
Our store is located in the Town Basin, Whangarei. 
Gathered is unable to refund orders purchased using third-party payment providers such as Laybuy & Afterpay.

 

 

Some oversized/furniture items may have a higher shipping rate, this will be indicated in the product description. If you require a shipping quote for oversized items, or would like to organise your own please get in touch at sales@gathered.nz.

All oversized items shipped within the North Island are $25

All oversized items shipped to the South Island are $35

Gathered accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased. Gathered does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Gathered can not accept 'change of mind' returns after the 14 day period.
