F n Lemons was created from a serendipitous moment; a family discussion on how to preserve the plentiful harvest of our beautiful flowers and citrus.

Sour on waste & noticing a lot of premium produce was falling to the ground and not being used, the decision was made to start dehydrating.

After the positive initial feedback from family and friends, F n Lemons was born. A family love of gardening and innovation then inspired decorative blends of beautifully coloured, chemical free, edible florets and delicious rim dusts.

Each garnish is lovingly created and dried in small batches on the family property in New Plymouth, Taranaki.
